Truck full of Switch Grass
Sally Stevenson and Kevin Collins generously gave us plugs of Switch Grass, which I inserted into the outside borders of the Labyrinth and more easily dug into the sandy back yard where we are installing prairie grasses and forbs.
Sally was so wonderful and showed me their little Zen Garden, which is sweet. The lines of the rocks parallel the lines of their home, which is modeled after Frank Lloyd Wright. It is very peaceful.
Cocoa Bean Shells on the entryway.
Today I laid down cocoa bean shells which smell so great! And, they give such a rich deep texture to the entryway.
