Consistent Walks

For the past week I have walked a labyrinth each day or night.  Today on the way to pick up papers at KCC, I decided against it and turned instead first toward home past Garfield and then turned into the Regis Labyrinth.  The view was pretty.  Hot air balloons in the east. A glimpse of the cross at the top of the chapel of Mount Mercy University.  The horizon with buildings.  The trees and autumn flowers.  Still and sweet.  Calmed me some, which I needed.  Not sure what the negative energy has been the past co
