Everything Needs A Rest

Waiting in stillness

Eyeball deep in snow.

Every thing and every person, including our belovèds, needs a rest.  Tapia, eyeball deep in snow with more falling, waits patiently between the Entry Bell and First Bench.  He knows that the frozen time, the dark time are necessary for seeds to be scored, their tough shell to be softened, and then melting snow and spring rains to encourage germination. All in the right conditions and time.
