Mowing the labyrinth

Learning How to Mow

Well, the 1080 Labyrinth got its first trim today, by an amateur – me!  I have never mowed because the grass juices/fumes, if inhaled, make me sick.  But, because this is a complicated process to mow, I agreed to do it. Rich got me set up, I put on long pants, heavy boots, sun screen for the nose (no more actinic keratosis for me), sunglasses to protect the eyes, a baseball cap, just because, and a bandanna to keep out juices and away I went.  Only a few mishaps as I figured out the pathway.  And, I found some plants to move out of harm’s way.
